Started off well, but turned into an absolute disaster. I was with TaxEvo for 5 years. My only choice is to cancel with TaxEvo and to use a different accountant. For the last 2 years, they barely reply to emails, plus they miss opportunities to help you save on your taxes. The cherry on the cake is I kept receiving warning letters from HMRC -- missed tax payments, missed filings. TaxEvo didn't communicate any of this with me. Really disappointing service and they're unapologetic about the inconveniences.

They subsequently do not respond to emails, or phone calls. They are impossible to reach even when I am trying to leave them to go to a reputable accountant. Please avoid at all costs.

Taxevo have just filed personal Tax returns for my wife and I. They made the process simple with an easy to understand questionnaire for each of to complete. All completed in a matter of days.The relationship with Taxevo was forged in 2019 through needing an accountancy firm that was familiar with FreeAgent Accounting software provided by NatWest when I started a consultancy business. I retired in 2023 and can say that managing the accounts of the Limited Company was made very straightforward through the assistance of Taxevo for the four years the company was active. They also assisted with the dissolution of the company and that was completed in August this year. Fee structure has always been transparent and cost effective for my small business and personal tax affairs. The key people haven’t changed so consistently excellent to deal with. Special mentions for Harriet and Marc.In addition to the above, Taxevo are assisting with a family Trust and CGT associated with disposing of the property.Taxevo have been the perfect organisation for us and they are still happy to help with personal tax matters.
A compact professional and precise practice, served me very well, also for constructive advice and always available for direction. Particularly like the ability to schedule online meetings for clarifications for expat and corporate issues. As a summary I am not a number but a client, and realistic and appropriate fee structure compliments the service.
Had such a great experience with Taxevo. The service and communication I received from the team was brilliant. The prices alone were great.
