Misleading “£169 all-in” pricingI’ve been a customer for three years, but this year’s service was awful.I paid for a consultation and was told I was entitled to split-year treatment and a potential refund. I then paid the advertised “£169 all-in” fee, only to find it covered a very basic calculation. I had to challenge the accountant twice before they even acknowledged my entitlement, and was then asked to pay another £170.To make matters worse, a refund was initially processed without my consent.This is misleading pricing and poor service. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
