I reserved a shuttle for a trip to Disneyland, Paris, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The main issue was the service's lack of transparency and flexibility. They provide very little information about the actual transport provider, and I received the driver’s details too late to make any realistic arrangements, especially while traveling as a family. A major problem is that any changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In real life, especially with children, plans can change. Delays, fatigue, and unexpected situations are part of family travel. Once I finally got the driver’s details and tried to coordinate, it was clear that changes wouldn't be accommodated. The driver was unhelpful, communicating only brief messages like 'Pick-up 8h00'. The system feels rigid and disconnected from how families travel. Instead of offering support, you're left with unclear provider details and strict policies. For families, this service is simply unsuitable, and I strongly advise parents to consider other transport options.
