Awful. Booked airport transfer at Christmas in Italy, return taxi didn't account for heavy traffic on busiest travel day after new year and failed to get us to the airport in time for our flight. Unable to get a different taxi due to all local services being booked up. Booking.com admitted responsibility and refunded the return taxi journey, but nothing for the purchase of 6 flights, overnight accommodation (despite this being via booking.com),taxis etc and travel in the UK as ended up 24hrs later in Glasgow not Manchester. Contacted booking.com via email, app and even tried telephoning. Multiple emails for over a month. No response except automated messages that did not make sense. Second attempt in the chat, was told they had my information but my claim for compensation was rejected. Unable to provide any contact details to escalate or details of their legal team to start claims proceedings. Unable to provide a written response to my formal complaint. They did offer me a 20% discount on future taxi bookings which is an insult. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

I arranged a transfer from an airport for 7 people to a destination at a total cost of €152.12. Our flight arrived at 14:05, and the driver was already waiting. I received WhatsApp instructions on how to contact him once we had our luggage. Since we were unfamiliar with the airport and there was considerable construction, the driver came to meet us and guided us to the vehicle. The journey to our hotel was smooth and took less than an hour. The service was very professional and offered great value for money.
Terrible experience. I landed at my destination, and after finally getting through passport control, the taxi was nowhere to be found. The service subcontracted the work to another company, and when I found their representative, she falsely claimed the driver had called us twice. She refused to arrange another taxi, forcing us to pay again. Avoid this service.
I booked a taxi for a specific time, but the driver never arrived. After waiting about 20 minutes, we had to leave for our appointment. We received confusing details for two different cars via WhatsApp. I requested a refund, but there has been no response from the service except for a generic acknowledgment email. When I called, they asked for a copy of the WhatsApp chat, which I had already deleted. I doubt I'll receive a refund. This level of service was disappointing and not what I expected.

As a disabled person, I struggled to locate the driver upon arrival; he was not there and even blocked me on WhatsApp. When I contacted customer service about a refund, they never processed it. Consider alternatives like rideshares or buses instead; this service is unreliable.
