I made two bookings with booking.com for airport transfers. First one pick up Lyon airports. Arrived 12.30 in morning. No-one waiting with a sign. Had to walk around outside approaching people to see if they were our driver. Eventually found him. Unable to communicate with him,nhad to walk to a outer carpark. All details of flight were given and would of thought he would have been waiting for us.Another booking at Madrid airport. Could not find pick up point. Had to get airport guide to take us to what he thought were the pick up places stated in confirmation. Ended up having to get a taxi which was cheaper than the transfer I booked. Because I tried to ring the driver three times and text them I thought it was justified to put in a dispute with booking.com after several texts back and forward. I sent a screenshot of the calls and text They closed the dispute saying driver met us and we had too much luggage. No true. Our booking was for three people and three pieces of luggage. There was two of us, two suitcases. They lied and booking.com would not uphold our claim.I would never use booking com for transfer and would consider not using them for accommodation.
