A significant concern is that any changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In reality, especially with children, circumstances can change. Once I received the driver’s details and attempted to coordinate, it became clear that changes would likely not be accommodated. The driver was unhelpful, communicating only brief messages. The system feels inflexible and disconnected from real-life travel experiences. This service is simply unsuitable for families, and I recommend exploring other transport options.
