The transfer service from the airport to the hotel and back was generally reliable, and all drivers were consistently friendly and polite. However, I need to address an important point of criticism: all drivers appeared extremely overtired. During the rides, I repeatedly felt that their concentration was significantly reduced – and with it our safety.For a service in which people’s lives depend directly on the driver’s attention, it is essential that they are well rested and in full condition. Overtired drivers pose a serious risk, regardless of how professional or friendly they may be.I sincerely hope that the provider urgently reviews its working conditions or driver schedules.
