Avoid this service – very poor experience. I booked a van transfer through Taxi2Airport, which was commissioned to AFA Transfer. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up at the meeting point. My flight landed 35 minutes early, and I was waiting at the gate from 18:00 for a scheduled meeting time of 18:40.Neither of the contact phone numbers provided worked, and despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach the driver or AFA Transfer. When I finally spoke with customer service at 19:00, I was told that the driver had already left — even though we were present well before the agreed time.To make matters worse, I am now being told that the service did take place, which is simply not true. This caused unnecessary stress after a flight and left us without the service we paid for. Customer service is not replying any longer.I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through this service and to choose a more reliable airport transfer provider.
