At first I thought I would need to do one box at a time.
The boxes were just too wide to fit in to where they were needed.
But Frank is the kind of man who hears that all the time and goes in anyway!
Not only did he fit them in, but he ensured there was no obstruction to others.
So we get much more time to pack, much more convenience, and we do not annoy the neighbours.

I’ve used Taxibox moving from Sydney to Melbourne, and moving places within Melbourne. I love the flexibility with Taxibox, I usually get it 2-3 weeks out and slowly pack my things because it allows me to declutter and do it at my own pace. Having the Taxibox also means I don’t have to live with boxes everywhere for weeks leading up to the move.
Every driver I’ve had has been fantastic, just really friendly happy people, I think it’s a reflection of the culture at Taxibox. Today I had Frank who was very accomodating and spent the time making the drop perfect, thanks very much Frank and the team at Taxibox! Such a good idea and service. 11/10.
I had a easy experience with TAXIBOX from start to finish. I received a notification with an accurate ETA and the Taxibox was delivered right on time, which made planning my day much easier.
Eddy, my driver, was fantastic 👍 super quick, friendly and professional. I asked if he had any tips on packing and he gave me short but really clear advice on how to use the space efficiently, which was genuinely helpful. Its small things like that that make the whole process smoother and less stressful, and I really appreciated his help.
The whole transaction was easy with no complications at all. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would definitely use TAXIBOX again. Thanks mate!
Damaged several items of furniture and even though I purchased insurance claimed' accidental damage that occurs as a result of improper packing or preparation, our advice is that the items will not be covered' WOULD NEVER USE
Taxi box turned out to be a decent choice for our interstate relocation. We managed to fit our two-bedroom unit, totaling 28 boxes, excluding large furniture and appliances, which we sold, except for a washing machine. These boxes are surprisingly effective, despite being underestimated by many. The drivers were extremely professional and courteous, showing great flexibility with pickup times. However, the booking system seems to struggle with timezone differences. When we booked the delivery in Queensland, everything was an hour ahead in our moving location in Victoria, and the system always displayed the times in Queensland time. This led to some confusion as we planned around the original Queensland times, resulting in our box being left unattended for 40 minutes while we were two hours away with family. We also ordered a lockpad with the service, which we used in Queensland, but when we received our taxi box in Victoria, the lockpad was not secured and fell off, which was quite worrying. Fortunately, nothing serious happened. This issue definitely needs to be addressed. In the future, we will consider using taxi box for city moves, but for interstate ones, we might explore other options.

Taxi boxes received a 5-star rating for great communication and service. Unfortunately, the removalists only earned a 2-star rating; they ignored repeated requests for care and disrespected our property, causing damage to our newly renovated home.
