Appalling Service - Firstly took Unauthorised Card Payments with ‘Balance’ Debit - Random Communication via Phone and Online Website - No Confirmation email (24hrs) before - Frantic Effort for Update at Stansted Airport to No Avail - Upon Landing at Destination Airport had Text from 3rd Party ‘BOLT’ stating NO DRIVER AVAILABLE - Just Unbelievable!! - NOT EVEN HAD THE CURTESY TO CONTACT ME - NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!
