Review Time
This company is genuinely a SCAM! Do not use this service. I paid £50 for a taxi that never turned up and later rang a local service who got me to the destination for £18!
The phone staff are impossible to deal with, I could hear kids screaming in the back ground, very poor English, unhelpful and telling lies.
I was promised a refund, but this didn’t happen. I have read of exactly the same situation happening to other people on Reddit. PLEASE do your research and avoid lining the pockets of these people.

Taxi firm Phoenix Ground Transport assigned for our trip back from the airport was awful.
Wasn't tracking the flight as promised, wanted us to walk to the car park rather than the paid for meet and greet service. Taxi was not very clean inside.
Driver was not honest about how far away he was and arrived after our booked time.
Terrible experience, will be contacting to request a refund but after reading previous reviews I not holding my breath
Do not trust this company. They are very hard to contact. I was cut off 4 times trying to cancel a booked cab. They only refund 10%. I should have read the awful reviews before booking with them
Appalling service. When they can’t assign the taxi company you booked with they try to find an alternative, however on several occasions they have just wound down the clock to the moment you’re supposed to leave in the hope that you will cancel the taxi for no refund. This means you cannot find a taxi elsewhere and are left stranded or facing paying twice. Shocking.
Would never use this company again!!They cancelled my 2 taxis 45 minutes before pick up time. I rang to complain! They said I would get a refund.Then 10 minutes before pickup time a taxi company messaged me to say they had been dispatched!! As they were not local they would have been over half an hour late. I said to them that I didn’t order them, as Taxicode had cancelled my order! Apparently another company sent a taxi too. I don’t know why, as my taxis had been cancelled!! I am still waiting for a response to get my money back! 😡
