Appalling service. When they can’t assign the taxi company you booked with they try to find an alternative, however on several occasions they have just wound down the clock to the moment you’re supposed to leave in the hope that you will cancel the taxi for no refund. This means you cannot find a taxi elsewhere and are left stranded or facing paying twice. Shocking.
