This company is genuinely a SCAM! Do not use this service. I paid £50 for a taxi that never turned up and later rang a local service who got me to the destination for £18!
The phone staff are impossible to deal with, I could hear kids screaming in the back ground, very poor English, unhelpful and telling lies.
I was promised a refund, but this didn’t happen. I have read of exactly the same situation happening to other people on Reddit. PLEASE do your research and avoid lining the pockets of these people.
