Initially got into this program for Tax Liens and deeds but due to funds it was a better option to lean into Assignment wholesale which was brought to my attention. Not much guidance or walk through in wholesales and more just basic information and knowledge left for me to learn how to actually go through the process of wholesaling which is very tedious work. Was lost figuring out how to market research, evaluate, find buyers, assign and close wholesale deals.
