A wealth of valuable information was shared regarding money—how to acquire it, manage it, recommended readings, and key formulas to consider. However, I wished there had been more focus on how to identify promising tax liens for investment and the necessary due diligence for selecting a sound investment. I also expected a demonstration of how to navigate the website during the class. Unfortunately, much of this additional information is only accessible through expensive advanced classes afterward. While the 3-day class provided incredible knowledge, it leaves you wanting more details that you hoped would be included for the initial investment.
I've been a member for a few months now, training to become a wholesaler. Finding a solid deal for fix and flips has been challenging. My mentor has extensive knowledge of this sales method, but our limited time together makes it tough to cover everything I need to know. The time difference adds to the challenge, as we are in different time zones. He has been very patient in teaching me, and even though my paid one-on-one sessions have ended, he still answers my questions when I reach out. His direct approach and great personality make the experience enjoyable. I just wish I had more time to learn from him and knew how to ask for the specific details I need to move forward. The uncertainty of making these deals is daunting. I've invested my family's finances into this learning process and I'm concerned about the potential risks. I want to avoid putting my family further into debt or making poor decisions without proper support. Overall, working with my mentor has been a positive experience, and I plan to continue learning to manage my fears by understanding what to expect. If you get the chance to work with him, be prepared to take his advice seriously and make the most of your time together.
