I cannot recommend this service at all. The fees they charge are outrageous and do not reflect the amount of work done. I completed my taxes in just six minutes using another platform, yet they charged me over $500 regardless of the actual work involved. This is incredibly disrespectful to those of us who work hard for our money. Additionally, I received zero communication or updates during the entire process, which is unacceptable given the amount charged.
