Things started great, they were very attentive, but once my case was underway they became impossible to get a hold of. When i finally did receive a response my email I received a dismissive reply not answering any of my questions (twice). I then tried to call and sat on hold for over 2 hours before being forced off. They say "we rise by lifting others" but I think that's just a line. They don't act like they want to live up to it.
