I went all the way through my tax prep, and they said I owed $4000 in taxes. It didn't seem right at all. I went to my old software (turbotax) and I only owed $1500 plus a $3000 refund on federal. I don't know what happened, I entered the exact same data and verified all the form information. I would rather fork over $300 from my refund to pay for TurboTax than owe $4k!!!
