You have to generate an account for each person that you are preparing returns for, with seperate logins. You also have to pay separately for each return. If you are preparing returns for children and parents, you CAN NOT designate a third party on form 1040. It is unacceptable that you can not complete ALL of the fields on any tax form. In addition, you have to pay for even the simplest return. We ended up paying hundreds of dollars for what should have been simple returns. Will not use again.
