Azasia, I believe her name was, answered my customer service call this morning at 8:38 a.m. on Tuesday, 2-24-26. I needed some very specific technical assistance with the Tax Slayer app. and she very patiently walked me through the process of entering in my debit card information before entering my direct deposit numbers. This was my main concern and she did an excellent job of being professional, patient and polite when guiding me through the process.
Her customer service skills should be recognized, and I believe that any person in either a Supervisor or Training position should go back and listen to this phone call, and then use it as an example of how to do this job correctly, accurately and with an outstanding sense of professionalism that is quite rare these days.
