Rachael Smith was our conveyancy solicitor for our recent sale and purchase. Rachael is very efficient and responsive. If it hadn't been for a complex issue arising half way through the process we would have completed really quickly. Despite tensions rising and the process becoming a bit drawn out, Rachael remained good humoured and supportive throughout. I was mighty relieved to complete and want to thank Rachael for all her hard work!
I cannot recommend Rebeka highly enough. Our journey to completing on our first property was incredibly stressful after I found out by a senior member of he firm that they had to lay off our first solicitor. Just when it looked like everything was lost, Rebeka stepped in and took over our case.
She was completely honest and transparent from day one, explaining that there would be a delay of a few months but immediately providing us with a clear plan to get us back on track. Her communication was absolutely excellent throughout; she was incredibly proactive and always approachable via both phone and email.

I did not get a single email from my appointed solicitor for 10 months for my property transaction. I have made some payment, but no work was done. I have sent several emails for my refund, but they have ignored my emails. This is the 10th month with no single communication. The next stage is to go to the SRA.
Sadly, I have to report non-payment for services provided. Alina Samus contracted my services as a Polish interpreter in December 2024 and again in February 2025. A fee was agreed in advance, and I was assured on dozens of occasions that the invoices had been sent to the accounts department for processing
Despite these repeated assurances, I have still not received any payment. My messages requesting an update have not led to any resolution, and the invoices remain outstanding.
I had a wonderful experience with Salim Chaudhry as my immigration solicitor regarding my children’s registration as British citizens. Applying for more than one child at the same time would have been very stressful, as it meant double everything, but Salim’s professional help and guidance made all the difference. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and patiently answered any questions that I had. Needless to say that my children’s British registration application received a positive decision.
I sincerely and highly recommend Salim for anyone wanting a seamless process for immigration applications.
