I have had a very disappointing experience with Taylor Rose in relation to my property purchase.
I purchased the property in March 2025, and more than a year later the process is still not fully complete because I am still waiting for the Land Registry matter to be resolved. This has caused serious inconvenience, especially as I am now trying to proceed with a planning application while the property is still not registered in my name.
The service I received from Luke Swarbrick was extremely poor. Replies to emails often took over a week, and calls were very difficult to get through. On one occasion, when I was urgently trying to get an update, I made repeated attempts to call and was left with the impression that my calls were being avoided. When I eventually got through, I was spoken to in a manner I found rude and unprofessional. Instead of receiving help, I felt dismissed at a time when I needed clear information about my case.
I also raised a complaint with management, but this did not lead to any meaningful resolution.
There were additional problems with the handling of my file. My documents did not appear to be checked properly, I was asked to send some documents more than once, and I was later informed that the wrong form had been sent to the Land Registry. From my perspective, the matter has not been handled with the level of care and professionalism I expected.
Overall, this has been a stressful, frustrating, and unnecessarily prolonged process. I cannot recommend Taylor Rose based on my experience.
