The rim tape included with the wheel did not fit properly. It was marked 26/28 * 21 but was too wide and bulky, causing a bumpy ride. I resolved the issue with a new rim tape. It should be assumed that parts supplied together fit well. The seller should acknowledge this error and avoid promoting 'free' rim tape, as it caused more trouble than it was worth.
