After a lot of research my fiancé and I decided to go to Taylor and Hart to see some rings in person. When we went we were greeted by Emily who took us to a private office where she had gathered multiple rings that fit the style I was looking for. When I saw the ring I actually decided I wanted to make some changes to it, and nothing was too much for Emily who provided some really helpful advice and tips. Emily was quick and super efficient. I felt very happy with her support and even though I asked her so many questions she was always super patient with me and was happy to make changes to the design until I was happy with it. The customer service team was also super helpful (Special thanks to Tarryn!) and their response time just like Emily's was impressive. I literally have no negative feedback, they made such a nerve wracking experience super relaxing and I have had so many compliments on the ring since I've been wearing it!
