We had multiple conversations spanning email, phone calls - even a zoom call where she listened to our ideas and advised on the best direction to take. We were given references and 3D mockups to review, and at the end of it all we were delivered a ring that is truly exactly what we were looking for.Thank you for giving us our dream ring.
