She was very helpful and I appreciated that she tried to find the best design to suit my partners wishes rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive items. The whole team were prompt and responsive on email in between consultations. The Ring was crafted in the time frame we spoke about (c. 4 weeks) and it was stunning!
