If I could give one star I would. I have been completely messed about by Taylor and Hart. I received my order and wore it for a month. When I asked for a resize I was told that the ring hadn't been made to sufficient quality and needed to be replaced. Would they even have contacted me if I hadn't asked for the resize? Then ensues 5 weeks of complete messing about . Twice they said they were sending the ring and didn't, emails saying I needed to pay for the replacement, emails saying I needed to travel 150 miles to pick up the replacement. It has completely ruined the whole engagement process for me. 10 weeks on I still don't have a ring. I will NEVER use them again and would advise others not to.
