Taylor & Hart returns/exchange policy needs review in my opinion as they reel you in with a 90 day returns however if you exchange a ring then you are no longer eligible for a return/refund?This is poor, like what if I am not happy with the exchange (which I am not) what if the consumer is not happy with the quality? That’s it just stuck with a ring you are not satisfied with? There is no offer of we accept the return with a restocking charge which is outrageous.I now have a ring I am not satisfied with just sitting there in a box unworn!MAKE SURE YOU READ THE RETURNS POLICY BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY THAT THE RETURN IS VOID AFTER AN EXCHANGE!Reply to T&H: Quite Frankly I believe you make this up as you go along, I can see from other reviews that customers have had similar experiences (one of which you gave a full refund to and allowed an exception to your T&C’s/returns or refunds policy.I can also confirm one of your designers is not in touch with me at all and this has never gone any further, I am still stuck with the ring I purchased which has not been removed from its box.Given the fact I see you have made an exemption to your returns/ refunds policy I will now be seeking advice from the financial ombudsman. I will also be reporting you to watchdog.
