Just the entrance of the building alone made me feel like I was in the right place. At first it was a little formal, but at the time, I expected that. Taylor Gandy soon made me feel more comfortable and relaxed once I had got it off my chest that I was looking for an engagement ring. Taylor bought out a small case of diamonds ranging from all different sizes with all different prices. Taylor didn't try and upsell me, was never pushy/using sales tactics. Taylor just let me be me and make my choice. My experience was always going to be unforgettable because of the type of purchase I was making, but Taylor was there through every step, from beginning to end, making my choice couldn't have been easier all because of her.
