Because the sales person who helped us in person advised me in the wrong size, I was not able to wear my wedding ring. When later I later returned my ring for re sizing in person, a friendly colleague sent it off. I was told it would take 10 days and that customer care would be in touch.I chased by email and twice by phone and was always told a message was passed on and that they would call me back. They never did..Given the price of their rings, you’d expect competent sales people and if they dropped the ball, a responsive customer care team.I’m still waiting for my issue to be resolved.
