My design consultant listened to all of my requirements & my budget and working within it managed to find & customise my dream ring.Communication with my design consultant was always prompt & they were always happy to help. Purchasing the ring was a simple process and the customer service team immediately reached out to say if they needed anything they would be more than happy to help. They also kept me informed of how my ring was progressing through the manufacturing stages which was a nice touch. I was notified that my ring was on schedule and I then received tracking information from the courier. The ring arrived, and I cannot compliment the boxes the ring has come in, it's in a beautiful black box containing the ring box, and in a lower draw the diamond certificate as well as a complimentary ring cleaning cloth which I thought was a particularly excellent bit of customer care.I cannot thank Taylor & Hart enough for creating my perfect engagement ring!!
