I was hoping to buy a lab grown and was initially torn but the team helped me with all of my questions around the differences. I was in two minds about the design to go for and they really helped guide me through options until I found the perfect one. Everything was clear from start to finish and I was kept in the loop continuously. I would go as far to say, that T&H has given me the best customer service experience that I have ever received.There were never any blurred lines with price, warranty or the aftercare we would receive, if any issues were to arise. Not that we have had any.Booking in a resize was a breeze and the ring was returned perfectly, in a much shorter time period than they initially stated.Thank you to the whole team.
