The ring arrived on the exact day that I was informed when ordering so very happy, packaged and presented very well, all communications great. The ring is amazing! We did have to have a resize and this was complimentary and really efficient, Candice, Linda and team going above and beyond to get the resized ring back quickly and ahead of the initially communicated ETA. Resize work, together with complimentary added engraving, is exceptional and cannot tell that it's been resized by eye!Really pleased that I chose Taylor and Hart to design and create the perfect engagement ring! Highly recommend and will be absolutely looking at wedding bands next. 5* service!
