T&M are okay. Historically communication has been poor but is much improved since Rachel Melville took over as property manager for our estate. She is always professional whenever I meet her doing her rounds. She actually makes the effort to consult residents and acts on feedback. I have referred T&M to friends due to positive experiences with Rachel. This review would have been two stars were it not for Rachel. Keep up the good work.
