Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had a very frustrating experience with this company after selling my property in September 2025. They have yet to refund my £200 float, claiming it can take up to six months due to unforeseen invoices. Any well-organized company would know what invoices are pending. They also charge £90 for signing paperwork—a steep fee for a signature. The constant turnover of property managers and their reluctance to address homeowner complaints about inadequate service is disheartening. It seems they prioritize profit over quality, leaving many homeowners dissatisfied.
