From day one of this new factoring arrangement she was communicative and fantastic all the way through. All changes or informational notices were passed on quickly by Hayley, any issues with third party contractors were swiftly dealt with and we were kept in the loop with.There was no surprises with Taylor & Martin, any and all fees were transparently communicated and it was easy to query or get estimates for annual communal and groundskeeping billing at any time.
