T&M took over our site more than nine months ago, yet we've received no communication from them since appointment aside from invoices and chasing payment.Emails were never responded to on queries regarding float.It took weeks for the cleaning service to even begin, and we still have no clarity on when outstanding works will be addressed. Meanwhile, our building continues to deteriorate.In the meantime, we’re paying £30 per month in management fees with little to show for it.Storm damage claims was never submitted, which could leave us with huge repair bills. Despite high hopes after changing factor, nothing has meaningfully improved.It’s been a very disappointing experience so far.
