My daughter ordered merch in May and August 2023. 7 months & 4 months later and still no merch. This is beyond unacceptable. Customer service asked if we wanted the merch or a refund. We requested a refund. Customer service sent back a reply that a label should be issued by the 15th of December. At this point, my daughter and I feel like we have been scammed! Taylor, please invest in a qualified business team to get these problems resolved and new systems implemented. It is such poor business to take customers’ money and not ship the goods in a timely manner. It is quite frankly embarrassing.
