Disappointed with the quality and refund process

This was my first experience ordering from the company. I purchased a cardigan, and after just a couple of hours of wear, the sleeve stitching began to come apart. At $75, I expected better quality, so I opted for a refund. However, my original payment method was no longer valid, and the refund was issued to that card. When I reached out to the support team, they assured me it was fine since it was linked to the same bank account, which turned out to be incorrect. I'm still waiting for the refund. They advised me to contact my bank, which seems unreasonable. A friend had a similar issue with a ring she received as a gift; it broke, and since her order was over 30 days old, she couldn't return it. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the products.

The service has been unresponsive and is refusing to address shipping address problems, resulting in merchandise being sent to the incorrect state. They've suggested that I need to travel to that state to return the items if I want a refund, despite the fact that the package hasn't even left the facility yet.

Ordered a vinyl disc with shipping delays...

I ordered a vinyl disc that was not set to ship until Dec. 19 on Nov. 24. Shortly after, I attempted to add items to my order to save on shipping, but they informed me that it was not possible. I don’t understand why, considering the first item wouldn’t ship for three weeks.

First order experience was disappointing...

I placed my first order and received a shirt that was intended as a birthday gift. It arrived with a noticeable split down the graphic. Despite paying $36 for it, I was told that since it was past 30 days from delivery, no action could be taken. I also pre-ordered an album that was supposed to ship days ago, but it still hasn’t arrived. This feels like a huge letdown for a longtime fan, and I’m left with a damaged shirt. I won’t order again.

Positive experience with the service...

I had a great experience with minimal tax for my order from the UK store, and the shipping was excellent. I'm pleased with the fair pricing.
