This was my first experience ordering from the company. I purchased a cardigan, and after just a couple of hours of wear, the sleeve stitching began to come apart. At $75, I expected better quality, so I opted for a refund. However, my original payment method was no longer valid, and the refund was issued to that card. When I reached out to the support team, they assured me it was fine since it was linked to the same bank account, which turned out to be incorrect. I'm still waiting for the refund. They advised me to contact my bank, which seems unreasonable. A friend had a similar issue with a ring she received as a gift; it broke, and since her order was over 30 days old, she couldn't return it. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the products.
