I usually don’t have bad experiences other then purchasing an item and then seeing the label created for days and when asked for an update it all of a sudden ships. I feel when you order an item and they confirm and then ship the label get created but they don’t have the product yet package and pick up. It like just automatically generates the label. Plus they also do not have on website any FAQ about shipping process, which they need. So technically that’s a strike 1.Now my major issue: Ordered the Eras Tour Beige hoodie in XS, took about a month before got it. Once received product not up to quality, honestly I could make it on a circuit. Not worth what I spent, like graphic would be ruin in one wash. The hoodie is soft, also sizing way off. It saids XS and yes oversized, but it’s like XXXL oversized. I went to website and read return policy, saids to email them, has to be in good condition, the usual and within 60 days of receiving purchase. Well I wrote them asking for label, cause they say they will email a label for free, but have to contact, and give order number. It took over week to reply and when they did, they ask meTo send photos of the product, so they can rush the return process. No where in return policy mentions I have to send them photos. But I did anyways, and advise them it doesn’t state this in their return policy. Anyways it’s been about two weeks no response, no updates from them, nothing. This is unacceptable customer service. So I have filed with the BBB and my bank. I wish the artist Taylor could see and know what’s going on. Maybe if the next fan meets her will advise. There has to be a way the Swifties can voice this up to her. Honestly I be more then happy to help work for them, and get them on a right track, cause whoever running merch over there clearly doesn’t know how it works when coming to supply chain of orders entered, shipping and CS emails, and any return/exchange handling. Also need to fix quality of products. Anyways thanks for listening to this rant and just be aware if buy. Hoping I can get my money back soon.
