I have to say I'm a bit let down. I've heard positive feedback and was referred by a friend. When my battery died on a Sunday, I visited the website and found the correct battery at a great price. The site promised next-day delivery, so I placed my order and borrowed a car until Tuesday. However, Tuesday came and went, and Wednesday followed suit. On Thursday, I called them, and they informed me that dispatch was expected that day, with delivery on Friday. While that was acceptable, it was frustrating not to receive any updates. I could have found a local option or arranged car use for the week. I understand it’s a busy season for them, but the lack of communication during the delay prevents me from leaving a 5-star review. I would consider using them again, but only if cost was more crucial than speed. If you find yourself without a car, I recommend paying a little extra and reaching out to local suppliers.
