I’m happy with the quality of the item, but the delivery process was disappointing. The product arrived well past the estimated delivery date, and I received very little communication regarding the delay.
Excellent competitive price & delivery was fast. I would have awarded five stars but my phone call to customer service was answered by a very abrupt person, and my email request for a VAT invoice has not been fulfilled.
After multiple messages as a general enquiry to compare different battery’s on there contact form , social media and a direct email , they answer to neither , it’s ok offering great prices and speedy delivery , but not so good when you cba to answer . If they are like this as a general enquiry how are they when you need to contact them over a warranty issue .
Needed a Stop/Start battery for a Merc C220d and of course went straight to Tayna for the OEM (Varta) battery for it.
The price was excellent and the battery was delivered within 2 days to my chosen click and collect.

I wish I could give zero stars. There has been no support or updates at all. I placed my order on Sunday with the expectation of 'Next Day Delivery,' but nothing arrived the following day. I tried to be understanding since it was a Sunday order, but now it's Thursday night and I've just received an email from the courier stating they are anticipating my package. Overall, very unsatisfactory service.
I'm having a terrible experience; the battery failed in November. I've been endlessly testing and waiting for assistance from the support team. Now, I'm left waiting a week for the box and plugs to be sent. It's disappointing to have a product that should last at least five years but only lasted 1.5. I recommend looking for alternatives.

Their prices are usually very competitive, and I value the fast delivery of authentic products along with great customer service. However, my recent experience on October 25 did raise some concerns when I received a new battery that was made nearly a year ago. I contacted them for a replacement, and they were very accommodating, suggesting I test the battery first. When I faced issues in December with the battery having trouble starting my car, the seller quickly provided a hassle-free solution. I have full confidence in their service and find their after-sales support to be exceptional. The site promised next-day delivery, so I placed my order and borrowed a car until Tuesday. However, Tuesday came and went, and Wednesday followed suit. On Thursday, I called them, and they informed me that dispatch was expected that day, with delivery on Friday. While that was acceptable, it was frustrating not to receive any updates. I could have found a local option or arranged car use for the week. I understand it’s a busy season for them, but the lack of communication during the delay prevents me from leaving a 5-star review. I would consider using them again, but only if cost was more crucial than speed. If you find yourself without a car, I recommend paying a little extra and reaching out to local suppliers.
