Extremely poor service. We booked a taxi a day prior for an early train at the station. The service confirmed our booking. The next morning, the app indicated the taxi was 'on its way,' but it never arrived. When we finally reached someone, they informed us the driver had canceled. I asked why we weren't notified, but they had no answer. I inquired about rebooking another driver, and again, they had no idea. Time was running out, and they couldn't provide any options. We ended up using another service to make it just in time. Everything about this experience was frustrating. Update: After their reply, I attempted to complain by phone, but was told it wasn't possible. We booked to catch a train, the driver canceled, and they neither informed us nor arranged a replacement. Had we depended on them, we would have missed our train and ruined our trip.
