Extremely poor service. We booked a taxi a day prior for an early train at the station. The service confirmed our booking. The next morning, the app indicated the taxi was 'on its way,' but it never arrived. When we finally reached someone, they informed us the driver had canceled. I asked why we weren't notified, but they had no answer. I inquired about rebooking another driver, and again, they had no idea. Time was running out, and they couldn't provide any options. We ended up using another service to make it just in time. Everything about this experience was frustrating. Update: After their reply, I attempted to complain by phone, but was told it wasn't possible. We booked to catch a train, the driver canceled, and they neither informed us nor arranged a replacement. Had we depended on them, we would have missed our train and ruined our trip.
After serious surgery, my wife requested a taxi from the service. Given the road issues in the city, they instructed the driver to take a specific route, but he ignored this and dropped her off 700 meters from home, charging €60. The complaints department didn't respond meaningfully to our concerns and thought the driver was very helpful. This was a very disappointing experience.
I used this service twice during my stay and was overcharged both times, paying €90 from the airport to a hotel and €30 for a short journey that should have been much less. I compiled evidence and emailed the company but received no apology. They seem to allow their drivers to exploit tourists.

When I mentioned this to the driver, he dismissed my concerns, claiming it was normal due to a different route. I filed a complaint, and the company addressed it promptly, conducting an interview and training with the driver while assuring me they would take note of such issues. They refunded the difference and took appropriate action. Their customer support was very professional, both via email and social media. I highly recommend them and will use their service again!
