I put in an order for $300-odd of merchandise from 5 different vendors. My credit card was charged, I got a confirmation email, etc. All good so far.Literally 2 minutes later I got an email that said my order was cancelled. No reason given. No way to contact anyone. Links to the site for help do not provide a phone, nor email. There is a "HelpBot" which is entirely frustrating and useless. There is no way to find out what's going on.I am wondering if this place is just plain fraudulent, given the terrible reviews here in Trustpilot, that I wish I had seen earlier.
