Had my Motability car stolen on the 11th January, went to a Ford garage in Nuneaton who promised me they could get me a Ford Kuga and in the drivers seat within 2 or 3 weeks 20th February I called couldn’t give me a date for delivery so I cancelled the order
I seen a post that Phil Lycett of T.C. Harrison in Derby had put on the Motability group on Facebook about having some Ford Pumas available from stock available on the 4 day rule, I contacted Phil on Facebook messenger asking wether he had any Ford Kugas in stock he quickly got back to me with the option of 2 cars to choose from, I arranged to go in and see Phil on the 21st February who had already taken some of my details chose the car I decided to go for which was a FHEV ST X we finished the details and signing including coffee and a delivery date was given of 28th February. Phil kept me up to date on how things were progressing and later in the week confirmed that the car would definitely be ready for delivery on the 28th.
On the morning of the 28th Phil even picked me up from Derby train station the handover went really well sat in the car and went through all I had to know about settings on the car including the Ford App
All in all great service from Phil Lycett and the rest of the team involved in getting my car ready, thank you all very much, I had full confidence in what I was being told definitely an easy 5 stars for me *****
