If I could give zero stars I would do so. We bought the tv, immediately experienced distorted audio, with elevated background screeching sounds, and muffled vocals. After many, phone calls and over the phone fixes, the company sent a repair tech. The tv had to be off of the wall and disconnected for the repair. Big PIA. But ok. Tech comes, "repairs" tv, hung again to immediately hear the same chalkboard screeching background. My dogs are whining it is so bad. Contacted customer service again, for assistance, they request a video, and after 3 days, we get a message that they will send the video to the proper dept. Meanwhile, we buy another identical tv. Program it to our cable and internet. Before hanging on the mount, we test it. The very same crazy low quality audio. Muffled vocals, terrible background noise. And neither have spectacular images, but that is secondary to the unacceptable audio. Our previous tvs do not have these distortions, as we have reinstalled those and are now in use once again. All we wanted ,was a larger tv. This has been such an unsatisfactory experience. Do NOT BUY THIS TV. And don't be stupid like us, and buy it twice. LOL
