The service is incredibly disappointing. They don't even try to call for delivery and then claim they attempted to reach me according to their records. It's hard to believe I wouldn't receive a call when I'm eagerly waiting for my package. There's a complete lack of consideration for customers. Deliveries are consistently late, even after paying extra for overnight shipping.
