Had an emergency document which needed to be delivered ASAP, and now it's been 4 days and it still in the same city, no update on tracking link.
Their WhatsApp customer support is also trash, Stupid staff which don't even know what they are doing, even tho i gave them the tracking id they were still asking me to provide all the details like sender reciever etc. And in the end weren't useful at all
TCS Pakistan delivered my parcel to the wrong person at the Excise Office, Karachi, which is completely unacceptable. The shipment contained documents of 2 vehicles with a total value of PKR 7,000,000. Due to TCS’s careless handling and failure to verify the recipient, the parcel is now missing.
This is not a minor error. Delivering sensitive and high-value vehicle documents to the wrong individual is a serious breach of trust and security. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution, accountability, or urgency shown by TCS.
A courier company is expected to ensure accurate delivery—especially when dealing with important legal documents. This incident clearly shows a lack of professionalism and responsibility within TCS Pakistan.
I strongly warn others not to use TCS for important or valuable consignments. One mistake from their side can cause massive financial loss and legal trouble.
The delivery rider continually asserts that the "recipient refused to accept". I suggested a straightforward solution to the support team: have the rider reach out to me prior to or during the delivery attempt. Sadly, the company has been untruthful multiple times. I'm extremely disappointed. They seem to have grown quite complacent.
This was the worst experience I’ve had. I was supposed to receive my parcel at a recognized official address in Lahore, but it was never delivered. I had to make daily calls for a week without receiving any real updates. A parcel that could have been delivered within a day by another service ended up being a frustrating ordeal. Truly inadequate service.
The service is extremely poor. They don't even attempt to call for delivery, claiming they did when they didn't. It's baffling why I wouldn't receive their call if I wanted my parcel so urgently. They show no concern for their customers, and even after paying extra for overnight delivery, parcels are not delivered on time.

Deliveries are consistently late, even after paying extra for overnight shipping.
This is the most disappointing courier service I've encountered, despite their claims of being the best. Their riders act on their own, ignoring complaints. If they choose not to deliver, they simply won't. Customer support is inadequate, often refusing to acknowledge the riders' mistakes and shifting blame to the recipient.
