The bank has seriously impacted my credit score. After my wallet was stolen in Europe, I called to block my card and requested my statement to settle my outstanding balance. Instead, they insisted I visit a branch. Due to pandemic restrictions, I couldn't go, and I was hesitant to pay without knowing if my card had been misused.
